For cloud & ghost kitchens
No dine-in room. Just the economics of every order.
TableAI tracks per-platform sales, commission, and packaging cost over WhatsApp — so you actually know which delivery app is making you money.

The problem
Three numbers a delivery-only kitchen loses track of

A delivery-only kitchen runs on numbers, not a dining room. Three tablets, three commission rates, and packaging that never shows up in food cost. Gross looks fine on the deposit screen. What you actually kept is a different figure, and it stays hidden unless you split it out per platform. Our full cloud kitchen management guide goes deeper on the numbers that decide it.
What each app really nets
Three tablets, three payout schedules. Gross looks fine; you have no idea what each platform actually cleared after commission.
TableAI logs sales and commission per platform, so you see true net per app.
Packaging eating the margin
Boxes, bags, cutlery, labels. It never shows up in food cost, but it comes out of every single order.
TableAI counts packaging into your real cost per order, not just ingredients.
Prepping to guesswork
Over-prep and you bin it. Under-prep and you're rejecting orders at 8pm on a Friday.
TableAI shows yesterday's demand by item so you cook to the numbers.
How it works
Text the day. Read the margin at 7am.
No POS to buy and no integrations to wire up. You text the day's numbers and it turns them into a clear picture of what you kept.
Text each platform's day
"Platform A $2,800, Platform B $2,000, 20kg chicken in, containers low." Per app, once a day, in one message.
It does the math
Sales and commission per platform, packaging folded into your real cost per order, and stock, all logged and worked out for you.
Read the margin at 7am
A briefing shows true net per app, what's running low, and what yesterday's demand looked like by item.

A day in the ghost kitchen
From first ticket to close
The briefing shows yesterday's true net. Platform A drove the volume but at 30%, and Platform C kept the most per order.
Lunch rush. You note "containers down to two sleeves" so you're not out mid-service tonight.
You log "chicken running low" and it flags the reorder before the supplier's cutoff.
Close with "Platform A $2,800, B $2,000, C $1,200." Commission and packaging come out automatically.
Being honest
TableAI won't take orders off the apps for you.

- It doesn't receive orders — keep your platform tablets or aggregator
- It doesn't process payments — the delivery apps and your processor do that
- It doesn't auto-sync with Uber Eats / DoorDash APIs — you enter the day's numbers
- It doesn't schedule shifts across a big team — 7shifts is better for that
It does one thing: turn a pile of platform payouts into a clear daily picture of what you sold, what it cost, and what you kept.
Why this matters
The margin lives and dies on commission

15-30%
Base commission delivery platforms charge per order
25-40%
Effective cost per order once fees, promos, and refunds stack up

Delivery kitchens ask us this
Does TableAI take orders off Uber Eats or DoorDash?
No. It does not receive orders or sync with the delivery apps. You keep your platform tablets and text the day's numbers, and it turns them into per-platform net and margin.
How does it handle commission from different apps?
You log each platform's gross and its commission, and it shows the true net per app, so you can see which one actually pays after the cut.
Does it count packaging in my costs?
Yes. Packaging is a real line in a delivery model, so TableAI folds it into your cost per order rather than leaving it out the way food cost alone does.
Do I need a POS to run a cloud kitchen with it?
No. Many small delivery kitchens run on platform tablets plus a lightweight tracker. TableAI is the tracker, not a POS, and it does not process payments.
What does TableAI cost?
Flat pricing of roughly $29 to $49 a month, and it is free during early access, with no per-order fee.
