Terms of Service

These are the terms. By signing up or texting our WhatsApp number, you're agreeing to them.

TableAI (the "Service") is run by Tek Mundo Solutions("we", "us").

1. What TableAI does

TableAI is a WhatsApp-based restaurant management tool. You text us your sales, inventory, and staff data. We store it, track it, and send you a briefing every morning. There's an optional web dashboard too.

The AI (Anthropic's Claude) reads your messages and generates replies. It sometimes makes mistakes. TableAI is a helpful tool, not your official book of record — always double-check important numbers against your own records before making decisions.

2. Who can use it

You can use TableAI if:

• You're at least 18 (or the age of majority where you are)
• You have the authority to accept these terms for your business
• You haven't been previously banned by us
• You're running an actual restaurant or food business

3. Your account

Your WhatsApp number is your main identifier. If you give us an email, you can also log into the dashboard via a magic link.

Keep both secure. Anyone with access to your WhatsApp number or email can talk to TableAI as you. Contact us right away if you think someone else has access.

We can suspend or delete your account if you break these terms, spam via our system, or do anything fraudulent.

4. Fees and pricing

TableAI is free during early access. We're planning to introduce paid pricing (roughly $29–49 per restaurant per month, subject to change) once we hit 100 active restaurants.

Early access users get a first-year discount when paid plans launch. We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any pricing change kicks in.

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Send spam or promotional messages via TableAI
• Try to hack or reverse-engineer the service
• Use it to store or send anything illegal
• Resell access to TableAI without our written permission
• Blast excessive volumes of messages to burn our resources
• Automate scripts to talk to us in ways we haven't authorised
• Impersonate someone else
• Violate WhatsApp's or Twilio's terms of service

Any of these can get you suspended or banned.

6. Your data

You own the data you send us. We store and process it to run the service — details in our privacy policy.

By using TableAI, you're giving us permission to use your data as needed to run the product, including passing it through the third parties listed in our privacy policy. We don't use your data to train AI models.

You're responsible for what you tell us. TableAI logs what you say — if you send wrong figures, we'll log them wrong.

7. AI limitations

TableAI uses AI to read messages and write briefings. AI misinterprets sometimes. It might extract wrong numbers, generate inaccurate briefings, or miss important context.

We're not liable for business losses caused by AI mistakes, missed alerts, or briefings that arrive late. Verify important information before acting on it.

8. Availability

We try to keep TableAI running 24/7 but can't promise zero downtime. The service depends on third parties (Supabase, Anthropic, Twilio, WhatsApp, hosting) that occasionally break.

We might do maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Where possible, we'll warn you first. No SLAs during early access.

9. Intellectual property

TableAI, our brand, logo, code, docs, and website are ours. You can't copy or reuse them beyond normal use of the service.

Your data remains yours. We're not claiming ownership of your restaurant's numbers.

10. Termination

You can stop using TableAI anytime. Email hi@usetableai.comto delete your account — we'll erase your data within 30 days.

We can terminate or suspend your account if you break these terms, if we shut down the service, or if we're legally forced to. Where possible we'll give notice and time to export.

11. Disclaimers

TableAI is provided "as is". We're not warranting that it'll meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, be secure, or be free from bugs.

To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, TableAI and Tek Mundo Solutions are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the service. This includes lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for anything related to the service is capped at either the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months, or $100 USD — whichever is higher.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Tek Mundo Solutions operates, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We might update these from time to time. If we make a significant change, we'll notify you via WhatsApp or email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
