Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card is needed for the waitlist. We will contact you about access and setup.
What happens if I stop using it?
Email hi@usetableai.com and we'll delete your account and data within 30 days. No cancellation fees, no forms to fill.
Does it work in currencies other than USD?
Confirm your currency during setup. WhatsApp onboarding may suggest one from your phone number, and you can enter a different currency code. TableAI records amounts in the selected currency; it does not convert between currencies. International users should also confirm their timezone and WhatsApp setup before joining.
Which countries can use TableAI?
Early-access setup is handled individually. If your restaurant is in the US, Europe, Australia, or another market, contact us to confirm currency, timezone, and WhatsApp support for your location.
Are WhatsApp messages included in the price?
Yes. No per-message cost to you. Twilio charges us for delivering WhatsApp messages, and that's built into what we charge.
What if I have more than one restaurant?
Early-access setup is handled individually. Contact us to confirm setup for each location; future multi-location plans are unconfirmed.
Is this a POS? Can it replace Toast/Square?
No. TableAI records daily sales totals, inventory updates, and attendance. Keep your existing tools for payment processing, customer orders, and receipts.
What about hardware costs?
TableAI does not require its own terminal or printer. Keep any hardware required by your existing payment and ordering setup.
